On 21st October at 6:30pm the Lunar Society is hosting the 3rd in the 4 on-line events in October to mark Black History Month to examine and debate current issues and help develop a wider understanding of Black history in four areas: Politics,Law, Innovation and Health. Each event also features an artist with a live performance.
In Black In...Innovation & Tech, Martin Levermore MBE DL, Lunar Society Fellow, Visiting Professor for Health, Education and Life Science at Birmingham City University and founder and business development director of Medical Devices Technology Ltd, poses the question ‘What was the Light Blub moment, and what was the unmet need?’ Joining him are tech and innovative giants Drew Currie, Marika Beckford & Michael Don-Smith.
